Customer LTL Instructions

Below are instructions on how to access your account for LTL quotes. This access allows you to get quotes, book loads, view statuses, and receive invoices or statements.


Click here to login to your account. Once you are logged in, you will be able to see all truckload information.

To get an LTL quote:

  1. Click on Start A New Order on the top right
  2. Click ‘Accessorials’ at the top if there are special instructions such as:
    1. Liftgate
    2. Residential Address
    3. Lumper Fee, etc…
    4. Be sure to select an accessorial item for both delivery and pickup if needed
  3. Click ‘Insurance’ if you want an insurance quote for this load
  4. Completely and accurately fill in all address and commodity information
    1. Be sure there are no mistakes or the quote will not be accurate
    2. Handling is how many items will the LTL have to physically move
    3. Pieces is how many items (usually the same as handling but for example, if there are two pallets but they are stacked up, then the handling would be one but two pallets.
    4. Weight and dimensions must be accurate. (dimensions are in inches)
    5. The class code will calculate automatically based on the info you input, but you need to verify the info.
  5. Click on Generate Smart Quote
  6. Select the carrier you would like to use
    1. Be sure to view the carrier notes, some will give you a quote but will specifically say something like ‘no lift gate’, even though you have liftgate selected.
  7. Verify all information is accurate and select the carrier you would like to use.

If you are missing any information, such as Residential Pickup, Appointment Required, Lift Gate, etc… then the carrier may not pick up the load. Other times they will pickup and deliver the load, but you will have an increase in the fee when the load is completed.
